What are your prices?

Because we use imported oils, prices can fluctuate week-to-week. Please ask about price when calling/texting to setup an appointment!

Do I need an appointment?

No walk-ins. Please call ahead — same-day appointments are encouraged.

Do you take insurance?

Not at this time.

How often should I get a massage?

This depends on your needs and lifestyle. In general, I tell my clients that they know their own body better than anyone else. There is no official schedule for when someone should get a massage. Some clients receive a massage once per week, others schedule a massage only when they feel that their body needs it.

Am I required to tip?

Tipping is never required, but if you are happy with your service, a tip is always welcome and appreciated.

What should I do after my massage?

It is important to stay hydrated, rest, and listen to your body. Some soreness is not uncommon, especially after a deep tissue massage. Light stretching and heat application can help.
